Bookings and Deposits
A partial deposit secures your place on a group departure or private itinerary, with the remaining balance due before travel as confirmed at booking. Specific deposit amounts and due dates are provided in your booking confirmation.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation terms vary by tour type, season, and how far in advance you cancel. Your specialist will confirm exact cancellation windows and any applicable fees before you book.
Pricing
Prices are per person based on double occupancy unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change until a deposit is received. Currency fluctuations, seasonal surcharges, and availability may affect final pricing.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical care, trip cancellation, and luggage for every trip booked with us.

Japan Holiday Packages acts as an agent for hotels, guides, transport providers, and other third parties. We select partners carefully but are not liable for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, transit disruptions, or acts of third parties.
